Jerry L. Colclazier was born in Holdenville, Oklahoma, on May 17, 1956. Jerry graduated from Seminole High School in 1974. In 1978, he graduated from the University of Oklahoma with Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. In 1980, Jerry was awarded a Masters Degree in Public Health, specializing in Hospital Administration. For the next several years, Jerry worked as a professional health planning and regulatory consultant and expert witness. In 1990, Jerry received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University. At that time, Jerry returned home to practice in Seminole, Oklahoma. In 1994, Jerry was elected District Judge for the 22 Judicial District and served as Chief Judge from 1998 to 2001. He has also served as the President of the Oklahoma Drug Court Association, was a member of the Drug Court Judicial Training Faculty, and the Bosnia Herzegovina Judicial Training Team. His publications include “Oklahoma Sentencing Laws”, Oklahoma Bar Journal (May 1999), “The Nuts and Bolts of Oklahoma Drug Courts”, Oklahoma Bar Journal (February 2001). Jerry is a member of the Seminole County Bar Association (President, 1994), the Oklahoma Bar Assocation, and the American Bar Association. Jerry is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals (10 Circuit), the Northern, the Eastern, and Western U.S. District Courts of Oklahoma, and the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Amie Colclazier was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on June 25, 1965. Amie graduated from Putnam City High School in 1983. In 1986, Amie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Oklahoma City University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. In 1987, she also received her Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma City University. In 1990, she received her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University, where she was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Wills and Estates and Trial Practice. She is a contributing author of the “Senior Citizen Handbook,” Oklahoma Bar Association (1995), revised (2000). Amie is a member of the Seminole County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association (Director, Young Lawyers Division 1999-2002), and the American Bar Association. Amie is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals (10 Circuit), and the Eastern and Western U.S. Districts of Oklahoma.

In 2007, he graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2011, Brett received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University. He then returned home to practice law at Colclazier & Associates. Brett is a member of the Seminole County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Brett is admitted to practice before the Eastern and Western U.S. District Court of Oklahoma.

In 2008, he graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Political Theory. Tyler received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2016. After graduation, Tyler returned to Seminole to practice law at Colclazier & Associates. Tyler is a member of the Seminole County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the Western U.S. District Court of Oklahoma.
